Why Dollar Value is Increasing Daily.

No comments:
Dollar after being stable for a long time now is climbing back up against the rupee. What do you think? Is it the right time that politician's money from Swiss banks should be taken out or will it be really late for us? Or we start depending on our own oil resources and stop importing the yellow metal from outside?

What is the current rate of dollar today?

1 US dollar = 59.27 Indian rupees.

The oil minister is going to raise petrol prices by the third quarter of this year as rupee is down again. RBI is always trying to protect rupee by selling off dollars but still has been unable to hold rupee from falling at a rapid pace. Due to rise in dollar, gold prices have slashed down. The last resort of controlling rupee fall is issuing bonds by Reserve Bank of India. To prevent further downfall of Indian rupee, RBI is considering selling dollars directly to oil marketing firms.

Now let's look into why dollar is appreciating heavily against rupee.

Recession is less in India, then why dollar is moving up when rupee must be strong.

We all know about recession and it is worse in US and better in India as compared to US, then how come dollar is appreciating with respect to Indian rupee? Don't you think that Indian rupee should go up and US dollar should move down?

There are so many reasons of depreciating rupee, but I would like to explain the first one, which is most important.

Why dollar is moving up and rupee is going down? There has been a recent fall in rupee since some days ago and a dramatic increase in dollar. It was 49.50, then 50.12, 51.10, 52.60, 53.54, 54.40 and stable, and now according to google search of "1 US dollar to INR":

1 US dollar = 59.27 Indian rupees.

Why is this happening?

First Reason - Dollar is in Demand

BRIC countries like India have emerging economy, so a huge percentage of investment in India is from outside the country, especially from US but due to recession in US, big institutions are collapsing and many of them are on the verge of breakdown. They are suffering huge losses in their country. They have to maintain their balance sheets and look strong on all statements, so to recover losses in their country, they are pulling out their investments from India. Due to this pulling out of investment by these big companies from India or in other terms disinvestment, demand of dollar is raising up and rupee is depreciating.

There was a huge interest rate differential between India and US. Now RBI is reducing all kind of rates to increase money supply in market, so deposit rates will also move downwards. It will reduce the rate differential between two countries and affect the fixed investment in India in a negative manner.

Second reason - Collapse of International Trade

If you observe in terms of international trade, commodity prices are crashing at international level.

Importers are trying to accumulate dollars, as they have to pay in terms of dollars and at the end demand is increasing against the rupee. This has not happened yet due to lack of confidence in all kind of markets.

Exporters have a very few orders from outside countries, so there is no matter of converting dollar into rupee thereby decreasing demand for rupee.

Besides the above-mentioned two reasons, there are many other reasons, which I would like share in the comments section below with you and others.

Now 1 USD is at 59.27 INR and rupee is expected to depreciate further due to RBI instructions to exporters and banks. The major gainers due to rupee down were Indian IT companies including BPOs, call center outsourcing, medical transcription outsourcing, and Indian content writers, especially Indian Adsense publishers who also earn in dollars from United States of America.

Increase the Performance of YOUR PC-LAPTOP- REMOVING DUST

No comments:

Dust Causes of Noise in a CPU and how to stop it

Noisy CPU
It is very much irritating to work with a noisy CPU. You will only realize how noisy the machine has been immediately you switch it off. Many people will just assume it provided it is working and they can accomplish what they want. Your computer should be as calm as possible and provide a cool working environment.

What makes CPU noisy?
The major probable causes are;
  • Dust
  • Fan
Dust

The Computer will always collect dust regardless of the environment. This is because the air sucked in the CPU can have some tiny particles. After accumulating for some time, it is visible in form of a white-cotton like substance. The dust build up blocks the air vents causing thermal shutdown to the computer. In some cases depending on the environment, dust is collected when cleaning is done and the machines in that room are uncovered. Heat attracts dust particles and the dust can get electronically charged causing short circuit in the motherboard. When the fan blocks or its RPMs are reduced, the processor does not get enough air to cool it hence it heats up and lowers the performance. This is when you will find the computer freezing, you try to give commands but they can't be carried out.
  • Fan
In connection to dust, the fan can slow down or sometimes stop rotating completely. When it stops, it means that there is no heat dissipation thus the heated up air is retained in the CPU. The heat sink which is in direct contact with the Processor becomes heated up without cooling. A cut/disconnected fan power cable can also make the fan to stop working so this also should not be ruled out when diagnosing the causes of overheating.
Now that the noise is there, how do I stop it or prevent it in future?

1. Blowing Dust
Use a dust blower (with compressed air) to blow off the dust from the inside of the CPU. When doing this, ensure that you have a dust mask to prevent the dust from getting into your respiratory system. It is always wise to unplug the power from the mains before doing this. Leave the I/O cards intact when blowing because if removed before blowing, dust can fall in to the bus connectors and cause poor connection after re-installing them. Place your CPU in an open airy place then blow the motherboard as well as the fans both on the CPU and the vent holes in the power supply. This service should be done regularly to prevent the dust build-up.

2. Apply Thermal Paste

Also known as heat sink paste is a gel applied between the heat sink and the processor to help in heat conduction. It does this by filling the tiny air gaps left when the smooth heat sink surface gets into contact with the processor. Remove the heat sink locks to gain the access of removing the processor from the socket. Before applying new paste, make sure you scrap off the old and dried up paste. Apply a small amount of the paste then spread evenly being careful not to spill it on the motherboard.
3. Allow enough air flow
Always make sure that your CPU is placed in a position where there is enough air circulation. Placing it so close to the wall or blocking the air vents can block the air from flowing hence causing overheating.
4. Cover your Computer
It is always advisable to cover your machine when not in use using the dust covers. This will prevent the dust from getting in mostly when the surroundings are being cleaned.
With these practices you will ensure a smooth running of your CPU and at the same time save you a great deal from damages that can be caused by crashing.

There are people who are appointed in office, industries and companies to supervise others, but self supervising is slightly different. No one is there to estimate you and your abilities. The individual person is the responsible for all his actions and work that he does.

Practice coming to office at regular timings. Keep record of your reports and proceedings of your work done. Always keep a record of the achievements in your projects. So, you have to learn how to organize yourself. This is one way of self supervising.Well, another example that can be considered is, when you are giving advice to others. Think before you start advising others. Self supervise yourself whether you are fit enough to give the advise and then proceed.

How to provide good impression during an interview

No comments:
Being interviewed for a possible job post for a new organization will be a stressful attempt. Here are some useful tips to assist with your self-confidence and other preparations.

Collect some information regarding the company, and the job post, you are interviewing for earlier. See their websites or speak with the people who already work in that company. That will make an impression on the person interviewing you.

Ensure you look the part. If you are interviewing for an administrative post it may be a bad plan to wear jeans and a T-shirt. Conversely, if you are interviewing for a post as a salesman at the shop, you may not need to wear suit and tie. Get ready as if you previously have the profession and dress accordingly.

Foremost thing you need to do when the recruiters introduce themselves is to stand up, look them directly in the eye, give introduction to yourself and offer them a firm handshake. Throughout the interview ensure to look the interviewer directly in the eye. But avoid staring them. There is a divergence. While she or he is speaking, focus on. Don't look around the organization. Look directly at the recruiter. This gives them an impression that you are listening and are really involved in whatever they are speaking to you.

Write down notes. It gives the interviewer an idea that you are really interested in this job. Moreover it will help you to write questions for him or her if there occurs to be a next interview.

Be respectful and smile at them. Keep in mind that the person performing the interview is human being. It is acceptable to laugh while they say some jokes. Commence the interview by inquiring them how the day is going for them like you are walking to his or her workplace. It affixes a constituent of personality and helps out to smash the ice before getting down to business.

Don’t slump. Sit straight and concentrate. Moreover, make certain to never curse. It is also a good idea to never speak roughly about your present or previous employers.
